Job Description

As an Assistant Project Superintendent, you will be integral to PC’s presence in the Charlotte, NC area while building some of the nation’s most complex water and wastewater projects. We offer a collaborative and problem-solving environment where we expect our leaders to put their skills to use every day. The Assistant Project Superintendent supervises the field activities of PC employees and subcontractors, usually within a limited set of trades, to ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements while meeting the company's safety, budget, and schedule goals. The right candidate will have three years’ experience successfully supervising employees and subcontractors on a construction site. Must be safety focused and have excellent communication and computer skills. Key Responsibilities: Review design drawings and specifications to identify potential issues.
