Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining essential statutory records (Admission Registers, Property Books), managing budgets and petty cash, and serving as the facility's Environmental Control Coordinator (ECC).
  • Creating staff duty rosters, providing training and development programs, and appraising the performance of the care team.
