Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):

  • Perform Audits as and when assigned in accordance to Client and Bureau Veritas guidelines.

  • Manage the operations of the station office (if assigned)

  • Effective communication with office staff and Audit Representative 

  • •Conducting on-site audits as a leader or a member of the audit team – Performing all audit procedures,
    •Fully understand and follow the client’s requirements and company SOP, WI etc.
    •Guide and monitor onsite performance of Associate Auditor during audit process
    •Give feedback to Trainer/N+1/Back office about performance of associate auditor
    •Effective communication with office staff and factory representative
    •Ensure to collect all required Images/hard copy of documents from the facility ha
    •Prepare assigned audit report which are complete, comprehensive and presented
    •Ensure that submit report package along with employee interview sheet/filled lis
    •Ensure to respond reviewer’s query at earliest to meet report TAT to client. In any case response should not be delayed fo Ensure to respond client’s query at earliest. In any case response should not be delayed for more than 24 hours. In any cir
    If report is assigned to you, then ensure to collect all documents/images/audit folder from co-auditors on the day of audit
    Ensure to submit Alert Notification, JCS, 2 minutes safety documents, etc. within stipulated time.
    Ensure to E-file all images/documents in readable condition on office server as per BV guideline and procedure within 2 w
    Ensure to submit hard copy of audit folder to concern responsible person in back
    Coordinate with back office staff/agents for timely arrangements for out station travelling
    Ensure to submit travelling bills in timely manner (within 2 weeks of the audit).
    Ensure to complete all assigned trainings in stipulated time
    Ensure to reach facility within 30 minutes of office hours starts and audit is completed in stipulated working hours. Delay

    APSCA Certified /CSCA


    A university degree and above or diploma in Textile/ APSCA Certification
    • Good command of English and local language, both oral and written.
    • Good knowledge of computers.
    • Good interpersonal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and process improvement skills.
    • Must be confident, highly efficient and self-motivated.
    • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.
