Assistant Supervisor of Studies

•Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology, Education, or a related field• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in academic support, teaching, or a student advisory role
• Strong understanding of student learning theories, processes, and academic planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and good knowledge of learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom)

We are seeking motivated and empathetic Assistant Supervisors of Studies in Accra, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Kumasi, and Koforidua to help support students’ academic journeys through effective coordination, facilitation, supervision, and personalized learning support. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying student learning needs, implementing learning support strategies, and promoting a culture of continuous academic improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor student learning, academic progress, and support early identification of learning challenges

Coordinate academic support services, such as study workshops, tutoring sessions, and skill-building programs

Maintain up-to-date student records and prepare academic performance reports

Communicate regularly with students to provide guidance, track goals, and ensure follow-through on support plans

Facilitate communication between students, parents, teachers, and academic departments regarding academic issues

Support the development and implementation of intervention strategies to improve learning outcomes

Assist in organizing academic planning meetings, performance reviews, and support initiatives

Contribute to the creation of learning resources and study tools

Perform other duties related to academic support and supervision as assigned
