Job Description
The candidate is responsible to lead, plan, manage and own the performance of warehouse workforce on all the activities and diligent execution of Receiving, Storage/Putaway, WO Kitting, Inter-Site Shipments, External Warehouses, Inventory Accuracy (both quantity & storage location) and FG Shipments tasks effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises day-to-day operations of assigned team members, providing guidance, scheduling tasks, and ensuring work output meets quality and performance standards.Continuous improvement of warehouse processes, inventory management (accuracy), warehouse tools/systems enhancement and efficiency of the workforce.Cross function and inter-site communications and collaborations.Problem solving capability.
