Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and two years of directly related full‑time technical theater experience, OR a bachelor’s degree and four full‑time years of experience
• Two years of full‑time experience in technical theater (lighting, scenery, sound, or set construction)
• Proficiency in one or more technical theater areas (lighting, sound, rigging, or stagecraft)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours based on performance and event schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher) or equivalent combination of education and experience in Technical Theatre, Stage Production, or a related field
