Assistant Technical Manager / Facilities Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the designated Technical Person for CIDB F01 compliance.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance works across various sites.
• Manage vendor contracts, KPIs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all facility operations meet Malaysian regulatory standards (DOSH, BOMBA, Energy Commission).

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering / Building Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or Construction.
• Strong leadership potential and a desire to obtain professional certification.
• Willingness to attend the CFMM course and pass the assessment.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
