What this job involves:
Communicate with users and facility management team of the University to understand their requirements and expectations on technical issue of maintenance works and project progress
Manage and monitor work progress and improvement works as well as ensure the reliability of building services systems
Review the existing maintenance standards and policies, monitor contractors’ workmanship and work progress
Supervise and mentor technical staffs, assign tasks, provide feedback and ensure quality standards are met
Ensure services are delivered in compliance with the statutory requirements / regulations, Ordinance and achieve the KPI targets
Lead technical team and manage 3rd party vendors to perform facilities services and preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance etc.
Support FM team to prepare regular and ad hoc reports...
