What this job involves:

  • Communicate with users and facility management team of the University to understand their requirements and expectations on technical issue of maintenance works and project progress

  • Manage and monitor work progress and improvement works as well as ensure the reliability of building services systems

  • Review the existing maintenance standards and policies, monitor contractors’ workmanship and work progress

  • Supervise and mentor technical staffs, assign tasks, provide feedback and ensure quality standards are met

  • Ensure services are delivered in compliance with the statutory requirements / regulations, Ordinance and achieve the KPI targets

  • Lead technical team and manage 3rd party vendors to perform facilities services and preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance etc.

  • Support FM team to prepare regular and ad hoc reports...
