Assistant Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain solar PV systems (including inverters, batteries, and mounting structures)
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct system performance checks and ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols and electrical regulations at all times
• Complete technical documentation, reports, and client records
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors

Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PV system installation or electrical work
• Understanding of PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and grid-tied systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Basic hand and power tool proficiency
