Job Description

Responsibilities:Assisting with Maintenance and Repairs: Assist senior technicians in performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and carrying out repairs on machinery, systems, or devices.Supporting Installations and Setups: Help with the installation, setup, and configuration of equipment, machinery, or IT systems as directed.Tool and Equipment Handling: Learn to use and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.Following Instructions and Procedures: Understand and follow written and verbal instructions, technical manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in English, Marathi, and/or Hindi.Basic Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying basic technical issues and escalate more complex problems to senior technicians or engineers.Data Collection and Documentation: Assist in collecting data, taking measurements, and documenting work performed under supervision.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines in the workplace to ensure a safe working environment in the Shahada facility.Material Handling and Organization: Assist in organizing and managing tools, equipment, and spare parts.Learning and Development: Actively learn new technical skills and procedures through on-the-job training and mentorship.Communication with Team: Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding work progress, observations, and any issues encountered, primarily in Marathi and/or Hindi.Site Visits (If Required): Assist senior technicians with site visits for installations, maintenance, or repairs within the Shahada region and potentially nearby areas.Ad-hoc Technical Support: Perform other technical tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior technicians.
