Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update operational tracking sheets, job schedules, service logs, and project timelines;
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support operational activities;
  • Prepare and maintain proper filing of operation-related documents such as work orders, delivery orders, service reports, installation forms, and maintenance logs;
  • Assist in issuing and following up on work instructions, purchase requests, or job assignments;
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, or service teams to schedule and confirm site visits, deliveries, and job completion;
  • Follow up on job progress and ensure timely updates are communicated to clients or stakeholders;
  • Handle general office administrative duties such as handling calls or emails, and supporting team members with operational queries;
