Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized, proactive professional to support the General Manager (GM) with administrative and operational tasks.
Key responsibilities:
+ Manage the GM’s schedule (meetings, business trips, priorities) and coordinate time-sensitive matters.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas/minutes; ensure accurate, timely document distribution.
+ Liaise between the GM and internal teams/external stakeholders; handle communications (calls, emails) professionally.
+ Coordinate cross-departmental tasks, follow up on progress, and organize company events/receptions (logistics, on-site support).
+ Manage confidential GM documents and assist with ad-hoc tasks/special projects.
Requirements:
Core Qualities: Responsible, meticulous, proactive; strong problem-solving, adaptability, and stress resistance.
Skills: Excellent organizational/ time management (prioritize tasks, meet deadlines); sharp attention to detail.
Communication: Outstanding verbal/written skills; ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Language: Native English, Mandarin preferred.
Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, English, or related fields.
2-3 years of executive assistant/administrative experience, preferred in real estate industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with office management systems is a plus.
