Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct product, sales, and regulatory training sessions for bank partners and new joiners in the bancassurance channel. This includes training on selling skills, objection handling, digital tools, and company processes.
- Needs Analysis: Identify training needs and skill gaps through regular interaction with sales teams, performance data analysis, and feedback from bank staff and customers.
- Program Development: Plan and schedule training activities, developing and updating training material as needed.
