Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for retail staff.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service of retail staff.
- Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with external training providers and vendors as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to retail staff to maximize their performance and productivity.
