Job Description
The Assistant Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Manager is responsible for assisting VDC managers in design and trade partner coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong proficiency in visualizing the constructability of various projects in order to lead two to four deliverables at one time. In this role, you may be the VDC lead on 1-3 smaller projects at one time. In this role you may be required to travel up to 15% of the time.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead MEP coordination meeting discussions
+ Identify constructability issues, missing information, and notify the project team of these issues and RFI’s that need to be written
+ Maintain open communication with project teams, to resolve issues in a timely manner
