Assistant Venue Manager Late-Night Operations

Northbridge Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support our Venue Manager by taking charge of night operations. This role is focused on evening and late-night trade, especially busy weekend nights, ensuring smooth operations, strong team leadership, and a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee venue operations during night shifts
  • Lead and support floor, bar, and security teams
  • Maintain service standards and venue atmosphere
  • Assist with staff supervision, breaks, and shift coordination
  • Handle customer issues and incidents professionally
  • Ensure RSA, liquor licensing, and compliance standards are met
  • Support cash handling, closing procedures, and reporting
  • Liaise with the Venue Manager on night-time performance and issues
