We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Assistant Vice President - Global Markets**
**In this role, you will:** .
+ Provide XVA pricing and quantitative analysis (data, portfolio, regulatory impact) for OTC derivatives.
+ Analyse counterparty exposures and risks, identify compression opportunities (IRS, XCCY, Inflation).
+ Build and enhance tools in Python/Excel/VBA to improve XVA analytics, reporting and MI.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Quants, IT, Risk and PC across onshore and offshore locations.
+ Ensure strong risk, control and regulatory compliance in line with HSBC policies.
**To be successful you will:**
+ Experience in XVA, structuring or quantitative Global Markets roles.
+ Good knowledge of derivatives pricing, risk models and concepts (CVA, FVA, RWA, leverage ratio, CSAs).
+ Strong skills in Excel, VBA and Python.
+ Clear communicator, strong team player, comfortable working with global senior stakeholders.
