Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead leasing initiatives for commercial properties, coworking spaces, or managed offices.
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective tenants through broker networks, corporate partnerships, and direct outreach.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and transaction terms to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes including documentation, legal coordination, and closure.
  • Conduct market research to track rental trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and channel partners.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as portfolio expansion, asset repositioning, and new market entry.


Qualifications & Skills :


  • Any degree
  • 8–12 years of experience in leasing, business development, or real estate transactions.
  • Proven track record in closing large-scale leasing deals and managing corporate clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects of real estate contracts.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial models.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with real estate platforms is a plus.
