Key Responsibilities:
- Lead leasing initiatives for commercial properties, coworking spaces, or managed offices.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective tenants through broker networks, corporate partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and transaction terms to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes including documentation, legal coordination, and closure.
- Conduct market research to track rental trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and channel partners.
- Support strategic initiatives such as portfolio expansion, asset repositioning, and new market entry.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Any degree
- 8–12 years of experience in leasing, business development, or real estate transactions.
- Proven track record in closing large-scale leasing deals and managing corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects of real estate contracts.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial models.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with real estate platforms is a plus.
