Assistant Vice President – Outsourcing Operations (BPO / KPO)

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

We are entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a seasoned Operations Leader who has built, stabilized, and scaled large BPO/KPO delivery teams and is ready to take on the next phase of growth.

This role is for a hands-on, execution-focused leader who can scale operations from 250 FTEs to 500–800+ FTEs while maintaining quality, productivity, governance, and margins.

Role Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of operations across image-driven and transaction-heavy services including Insurance, Auto, AI/ML, E-commerce, Property, and Healthcare imaging
• Leadership of large, multi-layered teams (Senior Operations Managers, Operations Managers, Assistant Managers)
• Governance of SLAs, KPIs, quality metrics, turnaround times, and client satisfaction
