Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery across life and annuities operations (new business, policy admin, claims, etc.) with a continuous focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Define and execute operational strategies aligned with client expectations and future-state process innovation goals.

Drive AI enablement in teams , fostering a culture of data fluency, predictive analytics usage, and continuous innovation.

Partner with internal tech teams and external vendors to identify, pilot, and scale next-gen technologies that support business KPIs.

Client Management

  • Own senior-level client relationships and steer digital transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
