Role overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive growth in B2B training solutions. This role focuses on acquiring corporate clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring revenue targets are met through strategic planning and execution.
Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B training programs.
Identify and secure new corporate clients while nurturing existing relationships.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Any other duties as and when assigned by Management or direct reporting superior
Qualifications
· Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in training or education.
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
