Job Description – AVP New Business & Brand Partnerships (Digital & Influencer Marketing)

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven professional from the advertising, digital marketing, branded content, radio, or influencer marketing industry to lead new business, brand partnerships, influencer-led campaigns, endorsements, and sponsorship sales.

This role is focused on driving high-value revenue, closing new partnerships, and expanding our presence across categories.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition & Revenue Growth

• Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and categories.
• Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a strong focus on high-value closures.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads through research, outreach, and industry connections.
