Key Responsibilities

  • Execute in-store visual merchandising across 4 to 5 Perth stores in line with brand guidelines
  • Support the Senior Visual Merchandiser with store resets, floor moves, and campaign rollouts
  • Implement window displays, feature zones, and styling updates
  • Maintain VM standards across furniture and homewares categories
  • Assist with new product launches, promotions, and seasonal changes
  • Identify and correct visual inconsistencies in store presentation
  • Work closely with store teams to ensure VM directives are followed
  • Travel between stores as required

About You

  • Experience in visual merchandising, retail styling, or display support
  • Strong eye for detail, balance, and spatial layout
  • Physically capable of assisting with furniture and display moves
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work to deadlines
  • Comfortable taking direction and executing consistently
  • Flexible availability, including occasional early mornings or after-hours work
