Assistant Warehouse Manager

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of frozen products.
• Ensure warehouse freezers are consistently maintained at temperature required to preserve product quality and comply with food safety standards.
• Monitor freezer performance, temperature logs, and alarm systems; escalate deviations immediately and initiate corrective actions.
• Oversee FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize spoilage and ensure freshness of frozen inventory.

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate frozen product deliveries, ensuring cold chain integrity from warehouse to customer.
• Plan and manage truck load fill efficiency and aligning with warehouse dispatch schedules.
