Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Assistant Warehouse Manager .

You will play an important role in:

• Lead warehouse operations: Oversee daily activities to ensure smooth material flow and accurate inventory control.
• Implement best practices: Apply FIFO/FEFO principles and continuous improvement strategies to optimize performance.
• Manage inventory: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in SAP / WMS systems.
• Collaborate across departments: Work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Planning teams to ensure timely material supply.
• Develop your team: Coach and train warehouse staff, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of excellence.
