Assistant/Application Service and Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of static control, cleaning and temperature control industrial products
• Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunities, and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Prepare and submit sales quotes, tender documents, technical documentation and manual.
• Follow up on sales enquires/proposals from customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops/training with customers for the Management and Product Marketing as required.
• Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products.
