The Department of Pathobiology in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn University is seeking applications for the position of Assistant or Associate Professor in Immunology This is a twelve-month, tenure track position. Applications received by February 1, 2026, will receive optimal consideration; however, the position will remain open until filled.The successful candidate will be expected to develop a competitive, extramurally funded research program in immunology that advances the missions of the Department of Pathobiology, the College of Veterinary Medicine, and Auburn University. The active research strengths within the department include inflammation, host microbe and microbiome interactions, global health, vaccine science, autoimmunity, neuroinflammation, cancer immunology, innate immunity, immunopathology, and viral immunity.
