The School of Engineering and Computing at Fairfield University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant or associate professor rank for the newly established program of Mechatronics Engineering within the department of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering. The start date for this position is September 1st, 2026, pending budget approval. Candidates in all areas of Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or closely related fields are encouraged to apply.
Position Description: This position requires an ability to perform teaching, scholarship, and service responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to: (1) develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses (lecture and laboratory) in mechatronics and electrical engineering.
