Assistant/Coordinator, Order Fulfillment - Supply Chain & Logistics

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics, Assistant/Coordinator to manage our shipment documentation and ensure our operations run like clockwork.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation Excellence: Managing end-to-end invoice and shipment data entry with accuracy.
  • Logistics Tracking: Monitoring daily demand and cargo readiness, while keeping the tracking database (ETD/ETA) updated in real-time.
  • Export Support: Providing specialized administrative support for Brunei export documentation and system processing.
  • Operational Support: Preparing sample invoices for regional branches and ensuring smooth logistics administration.
