BYS Europe is expanding and is looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to join its Yacht Agency & Concierge team.

Important: this is a JUNIOR / ENTRY-LEVEL position .

We are not looking for senior professionals or highly specialized yacht agents.

This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career , who wants to be trained and grow within the yachting industry.

If you are organized, proactive, and interested in premium services and superyacht operations, this role can be your entry point into the industry.
