BYS Europe is looking for a
Junior Operations Coordinator
to join our Yacht Agency & Concierge team and support daily operations for superyachts and premium clients.

This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and service-oriented, who enjoys working in an international and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Communicate with captains, crew, and suppliers
  • Handle yacht services, concierge, and provisioning requests
  • Support yacht arrivals, departures, and port formalities
  • Coordinate dockside services and premium suppliers
  • Assist the COO with daily operations and logistics
  • Manage basic admin tasks, reporting, and cost summaries
