**Position Summary**
An Project manager are responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities, from reception, copyediting and support, to handling a specific type of paperwork or filing for a specific department.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise superintendents and field installation crews and all related work.
- Prepare and maintain project schedule with information obtained from the sales contract, ShareFile and Insightly.
- Lead the weekly project management meeting with the Finance and Operations Manager and the CEO.
- Review project plans and specifications.
- Monitor and maintain project schedule and costs daily.
- Daily reporting of jobsite conditions and progress.
- Control and monitor labor and equipment expenses.
- Ensure as-built drawings are prepared for all large projects with Drafter.
