Job Description

Sr. Associate Instructional Designers in this role get to:

• Design and Develop training materials: Script training content. Review and apply required changes to meet standards. Communicate with SME to validate changes. Collaborate with the project team to meet project requirements.
• Participate in Implementation: Schedule and deliver train-the-trainer sessions. Identify the items that need to be available before, during, and after training and receive confirmation from the training delivery owner that all technologies and facility requirements are enabled...
