Job Description
Direct/Manage/Supervise the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new and existing products. Develop marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. Work closely with company sales team, enabling them to meet their revenue objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations. Guide the day to day activities of the marketing team. Work closely with product management teams to define marketing materials and programs. Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organization. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends. May oversee social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
