Job Overview
As an Associate Senior Statistical Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to support the statistical analysis of clinical trial data. You will work closely with statisticians and other project stakeholders to ensure data integrity and facilitate efficient data processing. Your role will involve programming activities for multiple clinical research projects, applying statistical methods, and utilizing various programming languages and software tools.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Statistical Programming or related field Req Or
• The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in using statistical programming languages such as SAS and R to develop accurate and efficient programs for clinical data analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights to support clinical decisions and data accuracy.
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively work with statisticians, data managers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Possesses strong analytical skills to evaluate statistical results and troubleshoot programming issues promptly.
• Capable of managing and driving multiple programming projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
• Ensures that all programming deliverables meet the company's standards for quality and accuracy.
