Associate Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Associate Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset and proven experience managing the full sales cycle . This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment , where prospecting and closing are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle : prospecting, cold calling, discovery calls, solution presentations, proposals, and closing.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Execute short sales cycles with a focus on speed and efficiency .
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets .
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional sales experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales with full-cycle ownership .
  • Strong background in cold calling, outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing .
  • Previous experience in inside sales roles or comparable positions.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment .
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong pipeline generation and deal-closing skills.
