Associate, Advertiser Solutions

This role is part of our Advertiser team, supporting a portfolio of advertisers in a fast-paced, one-touchpoint model. You will assist in day-to-day account operations, campaign execution, and program optimisation, while providing timely support and learning to identify high-potential accounts. The role requires adaptability, curiosity, and a service-oriented mindset to help advertisers achieve their goals and ensure smooth program performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertiser Retention & Relationship Support: Support the retention of subscription-based advertisers by ensuring their programs are well maintained with publisher promotion, issues are addressed promptly, and service standards meet expectations, contributing to continued subscription renewal.
