Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day to day client relationship, becoming the first point of contact for client enquiries
  • Attending client meetings with Senior Advisor / Director, and presenting as required
  • Assisting with the preparation of complex strategic SOA’s
  • Liaising and working with other divisions in the wider William Buck business to deliver great outcomes for the client.
  • Researching and developing financial strategies for clients, including strategy formation across multiple entities (Family Trusts, Companies, SMSFs etc)
  • Preparation of engagement letters
  • Administration relating to implementation including, establishing / rolling over superannuation funds, investments funds, share portfolios etc
  • Managing and tracking client portfolios
