Associate and Operations Coordinator

The primary focus of this role is to create an Unforgettable Guest Experience in accordance with Mars Retail Group brand standards, creating a world where everyone feels they belong. The Associate & Operations Coordinator is responsible for consumer care, cash handling, all vendor relations, accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and training processes. They may also help support the recruitment, and onboarding for new Associates, as well as leading Loss Prevention initiatives and investigations. This role is responsible for role modelling, coaching others, and being compliant to all policies and procedures relating to operational and all food safety and quality requirements.
