Provide legal advice on antitrust and competition law matters to clients.Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.Conduct thorough research and analysis of antitrust laws and regulations.Support clients in regulatory investigations and compliance matters.Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to develop case strategies.Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, as needed.Stay updated on changes in antitrust laws and industry trends.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
