The Applications Trainer is responsible for training and supporting Oncology professionals in the effective use of Elekta Software & Hardware. Main responsibilities include on-site classroom or remote training.
Applications Trainers are tasked with ensuring thatour internal and external customers receivefirst class training and clinical support, maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent Applications trainings to customers, colleagues, and distributors.
- Successfully deliver on-site, classroom or remotetrainings of Elektaproducts as planned.
- Ensure that our internal and external customers receive firstclass training and clinical support related to Elektasolutions, driving Customer Satisfaction and NPS.
