Associate, Asset Strategy & Development

Overview 

• Partnering with the Asset Strategy & Development Lead on a wide variety of tasks related to the day-to-day operation of the Company’s centers including development and implementation of the center’s business plan and operating budget, identification and management of external service providers and communication with internal cross functional teams and our tenants, all with the goal of maximizing the success of our Company centers. 

• Assisting with the implementation and management of larger-scale development projects and capital improvements within our existing centers and new acquisitions, including project due diligence, research of appropriate governing local, state, and federal regulations, outreach to municipalities and other stakeholders necessary to secure required land use entitlements, reviewing and organizing project plans, reports and related documents, soliciting proposals, hiring and managing external c...
