Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the structural design and delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects, including Transmission and Distribution networks, OHL systems, power stations, and other critical energy assets.
• Provide strategic input into project planning, resourcing, and risk management.
• Deliver structural solutions for substations, transmission and distribution facilities, OHL structures, and power stations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Contribute to business development, including bids, proposals, and client presentations.
