Associate Attorney - Antitrust

Our client is a global law firm and has been practicing for over 100 years. They seekassociates with 3 – 5 years of experience to join the firm’s growing antitrust practice in its Washington, DC or New York, NY offices in a hybrid setting.

The firm’s antitrust attorneys help defend companies in civil conduct investigations, and obtain clearance for, or oppose, large and complex mergers and acquisitions. They litigate Section 1, Section 2, and Section 7 cases in courts across the country. They represent companies in DOJ, FTC, FCC, and state attorney general investigations regarding civil and criminal antitrust issues. The group provides general antitrust compliance counseling related to product pricing and distribution.
