Job Description

Our law firm client is seeking an Associate to join their stellar team in their Glendale, CA office.


In office requirements: Must be in office at least 3 day per week. Must be able to do court appearances. Onsite preferred, hybrid considered.


Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 (1-4 years of experience). 4% increase for every additional year of experience.


Job Description:

  • Litigate in federal court, specializing in employee benefits law.

  • Manage cases, collaborate with paralegals, and attend court hearings.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Handle federal court litigation focusing on employee benefits.

  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and communicate with clients and courts.

  • Contribute to a collegial work environment and firm culture.
  • Qualifications:

  • California Bar admission required.

  • 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred.

  • Background in employee benefits or bankruptcy law strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures beneficial.

  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
