What You’ll Do:


  • Lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing.




  • Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.




  • Advise on UCC Articles and/or real estate secured lending matters.




  • Work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions.


    • What You’ll Bring:


  • J.D. from a respected law school; active California Bar membership.




  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, real estate finance, or both.




  • Strong document drafting and transaction management skills.




  • Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred.
