A top-10 AmLaw international law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. The position offers hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, as well as meaningful mentorship and professional development.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing4+ years of general litigation experience across a broad range of practicesPrior law firm experience is requiredHighly proficient in managing cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, preparing for trial, drafting legal documents, and appearing in courtCompletion of afederal court clerkship is preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a meticulous attention to detail and sound business judgmentCollaborative mindset with the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication, writing, legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception to resolution, including participating in depositions, hearings, and trialsSupport senior attorneys in case development, strategy, and client communicationsHandle trial preparation and discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, and reviewing evidenceConduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other court filingsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholdersEngage in pro bono matters to support underserved communities Why Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
