Cohen & Cohen Personal Injury Lawyers, P.C. is seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation. This is an opportunity to build elite plaintiff-side skills while working closely with a senior attorney and learning a proven, high-value litigation system.

During your first 12–18 months , you will work side-by-side with a senior attorney, gradually building autonomy. Upon successful development, you will “graduate” to managing your own pod of paralegals and a fuller caseload.
