Job Description

Our client is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients for over 150 years. They are seeking a Litigation Associates or experienced attorneys for Of Counsel positions with a minimum of 5+ years tort & insurance defense litigation experience. The position is based in its Bergen County, New Jersey office.


Educational/Experience Requirements

  • JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.

  • New Jersey Bar Admission required 

  • Minimum of 5+ years tort and insurance defense litigation experience.

  • Immediate client contact and assumption of responsibilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.

  • Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
