About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Backend Engineer to help build and operate a production-grade backend platform that powers asynchronous workflows, external API integrations, and AI-enabled services.
This role is designed for early-career engineers who want to grow by working on real systems under real constraints — reliability, correctness, observability, and safe change management. You will work closely with senior backend engineers, contributing meaningful code while learning how scalable platforms are designed, deployed, and maintained.You will not be isolated on side projects. Your work will directly support core backend services used in production.
